Method
Every program is graded T1 to T5 on the strength of its published evidence. The scale is shown as a gray density ramp rather than colors, so it reads the same in print and for color-blind readers.
- T1 · In vitro / mechanism
- T2 · Animal result
- T3 · Small or narrow human data
- T4 · Human efficacy or safety, single programme
- T5 · Replicated human efficacy

| Tier | Requires | Held by |
|---|---|---|
| T1 | In vitro only, or mechanism without a tissue result | No program currently meets this tier |

| T3 | Small or single-center human data, narrow endpoint | Pulp and dentine repair (DPSC/SHED grafts, small molecules) |
| T4 | Human efficacy or safety data, single program | Anti-USAG-1 antibody (TRG-035) |

What we read
Peer-reviewed papers, trial registry entries, regulatory filings, and clinical disclosures. Preprints are recorded and marked as such. Press releases are evidence of a claim, never of a result.
What we do not do
No primary research, no interviews, no predictions, no advice about anyone's treatment. We do not estimate arrival dates, and we delete them from our own text when we find them.
Cadence
Full pass monthly; every entry carries the date it was last verified against a source. Tiers move only on citable evidence, and the pass that moves them says so.
Corrections policy
Nothing here is edited silently. When we get something wrong, the old text stays visible with a line through it and the reason is stated. Superseded passes are kept in the pass archive, unchanged, so the record of what we believed, and when, is always inspectable. Corrections and inquiries: mg@brandadvertisers.com.
Provenance
Every tier claim resolves to an entry in the keyed bibliography. No inline URLs, no unsourced grading. The full program dataset is published as machine-readable JSON under CC BY 4.0.
A note on surfaces
This publication reads on one neutral light surface: no cream, no black. All decorative texture lives in one clearly marked CSS block: a kill-switch. Removing it changes nothing about layout, color, or content; the record reads identically flat.
